Deposit/cancellation

• For reservations we ask you for a deposit within 10 days of booking.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation is free until 3 months before Arrival.
• Cancellation Holidayhom from 1 month before arrival 100%.
• We apply the terms and conditions of the hotel industry.

Arrival / departure

• We can not consider if you arrive later, if you leave sooner or if one person has not come
• For stays up to 4 nights we charge a surcharge.

• On arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy at the earliest from 15:00 clock
• On departure, we ask you to check out until about 9:00 clock
• Reduced costs for children in parents’ room
• Pets are not allowed - we ask for your understanding
• We ask you to leave the holiday house / apartments on the day of departure in good condition!
